STAY MINDFUL EVERY DAY OF YOUR LIFE
Stay
Mindful throughout your day
Take
a breath
Close
your eyes while your breathe and follow each breath in and out of your body.
You will feel the flow of the breath.
Connect
with nature

Learn
to focus
Life
is not a to-do list. It is meant to be enjoyed! Let yourself focus on one task
at a time. When you focus on one thing at a time, you’re more able to catch up
the mistakes, details and being more aware on what you’re doing. All while
being more mindful!
Eat well
Eating
food should be an enjoyable and pleasant experience. Don’t kid yourself now,
eat with the TV, in front of laptop, the phone in hand. Give yourself some
space around each meal to enjoy and rest.
Slow down
Slow down your speed! There’s
no need to do everything on a high speed! It leads on your high stress levels,
tensions and more mistakes too.
Let
go of emotions
Recognize
the emotions and eliminate negative thoughts regularly. Take note of which
behaviors and emotions make you feel better or worse.
Just
stop, nothing time
Empty
your mind. Sit for a moment and just be. We live in a time where everything is
go, go, go! Take a few minutes to be stills. Let’s play. I challenge you to try
taking 5 minutes for ‘nothing time’ and see what it does for you.
Connect your sense
Experiences a moment through each primary sense; observe the
small things around you. The curve of the mountains, water is glimmering, cool
wind around you and the warm sunlight. When working out, focus on your moves
and feel how your muscles are moving and breathing. Daily activities is a good
way to practice of mindfulness. You’ll discover yourself in a brand new world.
Connect
with others
Listening
is something that we can do all the time! Ask people how they are and to really
listen to what they have to say or need help. You’ll be amazed at the power of
taking or listening from them. If you try to focus all your attention on other
person. This act of love and kindness can go for a long way. Try to connect
with others and influence them of your positive vibes. You may find that the
more you listen mindfully to others, the better your relationships may become
too!
Reflect
Self-reflection can be anything from journaling about your day, thinking about the kind of life you want to live, or even just thinking of what you’re grateful for. Keeping a journal is a great tool for self-reflection!
Grounding helps to put you back in touch with the present moment. Stand on your own feet again and be connected with peace.
