STAY MINDFUL EVERY DAY OF YOUR LIFE

Stay Mindful throughout your day Take a breath      Close your eyes while your breathe and follow each breath in and out  of your body. You will feel the flow of the breath.  Connect with nature Open the door and get outside. You will feel the sun on your skin, the wind in your hair, the bird is singing on the tree. Take a moment to really take in and observe the little things. Learn to focus Life is not a to-do list. It is meant to be enjoyed! Let yourself focus on one task at a time. When you focus on one thing at a time, you’re more able to catch up the mistakes, details and being more aware on what you’re doing. All while being more mindful!  Eat well Eating food should be an enjoyable and pleasant experience. Don’t kid yourself now, eat with the TV, in front of laptop, the phone in hand.
